Fork, one of Philadelphia's most established popular restaurants, is seeking an Executive Chef to further its commitment to serving high quality-sophisticated American cuisine. Fork has been committed to using the best seasonal local ingredients since its inception which has helped secure its reputation as a foodie destination. Chef will oversee back of the house operations for a 68 seat dining room, 45 seat private room, Fork:etc, our more casual cafe that offers more casual eat-in, take out and off-premise catering.
Responsibilities include developing & executing menus for all lines of business, operations, staff selection and management, training, purchasing, inventory controls and financial P & L accountability. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, possesses strong organizational skills and leadership. Compensation includes base salary, incentive program, health insurance, 401K, paid vacation.
