Position Description:We are looking for qualified, motivated individuals with experience at a high level of excellence. Only those with serious culinary drive need apply. Must be a team player, dependable, positive attitude and show command of basic culinary techniques.

Our ultimate goal, is to please our guest and providing a positively memorable dining experience, offering world class service and cuisine in a beautiful environment of casual elegance.

SEAGRASS is a charter member of the Sustainable Seafood Program through the Ty Warner Sea Center. We work with local seafood purveyors to provide us with the highest quality seafood available, locally as well as globally. We care deeply about procuring sustainable ingredients and are fortunate to have access to superior local bounty. Because of that, we work closely with the Farmers Market and local farmers to ensure that all of our produce meet our standards, and is organic whenever possible.

While we do direct our focus towards seafood, we also offer a full range of meat, all from sustainable sources. We feature Paso Prime Ranch beef, from Paso Robles, as well as waygu beef, Niman Ranch and Kurobuta Pork.

We offer private dining for groups of 6-20 that provides the same level of excellence as our restaurant.
