Position Description:
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our culinary team!
The successful candidate will report to our Executive Chef, Tony DiSalvo and will oversee the kitchen and the culinary team while on duty. The successful candidate must be capable of directing food production of the highest standard in quality and presentation. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years management experience in all areas of a hotel kitchen, along with a strong financial foundation and the ability to train, motivate and lead his/her employees. Experience in a hotel union environment required.
