Seeking a creative, organized individual with previous culinary management experience and extensive knowledge of all stations to assist in overseeing the operation of a high volume In Room Dining outlet at our luxury resort.
Individual will be responsible for directing and coordinating food preparation, food and labor costs, and the training and evaluation of cooks. Responsible for ensuring quality preparation, production and service of all food. Must possess good communication, decision-making, and guest relation skills as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule. Must be friendly and supportive as it relates to hotel policy and culture. Candidate must have knowledge of basic meat and fish fabrication, as well as basic knowledge of stock and sauce production.
