Position Description:
Stone Soup Bistro is looking for an experienced chef/kitchen manager to be in charge of food for bar & restaurant and catering of special events.
Position details include: ordering, menu, recipes, food quality, staffing, supervision, budgets, financial results, and being an active member of management.
This is a hands on position, where the chef will have a part in everything that comes out of his/her kitchen. You will ensure policies, procedures and standards are developed, communicated and followed. The right candidate for us will have the leadership and management ability to build a cohesive team that shares the owner and your vision and passion for consistently delicious food.
At least five years spent in quality kitchens and management experience are both a must.
