CULINAIRE, a dynamic, privately-owned company headquartered in Texas, is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Executive Chef for the beautiful new Westin Hotel in Lake Mary, Florida. The Westin Lake Mary offers 263 guest rooms with 10,000 sq. ft. of banquet space and a Shulas 347 Grill.

As Executive Chef you must be able to perform effectively in each of these areas:
- Supervising, teaching and training the kitchen personnel
- Food purchasing
- Menu development
- Making presentations to clients
- Establishing and managing food and labor cost controls to insure a profitable operation
- Ensuring quality, consistency and creativity are at the highest level while maximizing the operation's personnel and resources

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Creative and innovative culinary skills
- Experience in multiple outlets -- both ala carte and banquets
- Good safety and sanitation habits
- Thorough knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Experience with inventory and cost controls
- Good job stability and references
- Culinary degree
- At least 3 years experience as an Executive Chef in an upscale property of similar size or Executive Sous Chef in a larger upscale hotel or resort.
