Position Description:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Hotel Food and Beverage Manager with NYC experience and a passion for providing the very best customer experience. A new five star boutique hotel with fine dining restaurant, roof top lounge and more, is seeking a highly skilled and talented F&B Manager with experience in both front and back of house operations, the ability to train and lead a first rate service team, the knowledge to assist the Executive Chef in the development of menus that are marketable and most profitable consistent with the vision of the food and beverage program, and the skill to manage the administrative and financial function of the hotel's Food and Beverage Department. As the hotel?s Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the efficient operation of three food and beverage outlets from lobby coffee and cocktail lounge to a four-diamond rated, full-service restaurant and room service. A sound knowledge of food and wine is required. Wine knowledge certification will be a plus.
