Position Description:
Amazing full-time opportunity at the Midwest's highest-rated hotel/restaurant. You'll wow our appreciative, upscale guests with extraordinary breakfast and lunch offerings. You'll work closely with our Executive Chef in preparing the dinner menu featuring local ingredients, including those from our on-site organic gardens. As Canoe Bay's Sous Chef, you'll train extensively with a James Beard-Award nominated chef in mastering custom-designed menus. Your responsibilities will include:
- prepping/cooking/baking breakfast and lunch menu items for up to 50 - assisting the Executive Chef with dinner prep - occasionally executing the dinner menu
