Bottega Louie Pastry Chefs, recently featured in SoGood5 and Dulcypas #383, are currently searching for Pastry Cooks for our brand new state of the art Pastry Kitchen in Downtown Los Angeles. Applicants must possess 2 years of experience in fine dining pastry, plating and production preferred. Experience in European style Patisserie, Viennoiserie and Bread Production, Chocolate Work, Ice Cream Production and Pastry Finishing is highly recommended. Candidates must be passionate and focused on cleanliness, organization, efficiency, speed and consistancy, as well as a desire to grow professionally.
