We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Executive Sous Chef at the St Louis Airport Marriott to assist with the daily culinary operations. This position has primary responsibilities for the restaurant outlets to include In Room Dining. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to join a company with long term potential for growth and stability.

Our ideal candidate will be accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations, reporting to the Executive Chef. They will exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. They will work to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. They will supervise all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. They are responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.
