EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
Small group of highly experienced restaurant professionals seeking motivated, reliable and career-minded Exec Sous Chef for kitchen management position. 70 seat, new construction location, focused on sustainably raised product, local growers, and elevated culinary technique to create an unpretentious neighborhood wine bar. Restaurant will be seeking green certification in first year, greenhouse on premise. Culinary leadership will provide oversight, menu development and hands - on guidance to the selected candidate. Background with European or Mediterranean cuisines essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flawless execution, skills with fresh pasta, a la minute technique and sourcing products. Lots of creative control & chance to learn from talented team, with 3 & 4 star level culinary and FOH management backgrounds. Key responsibilities will include kitchen leadership, management, scheduling, cost/product responsibility and working with the team on greenhouse development.
