We are currently looking for a quality conscious Restaurant Chef for our Great Plains Cattle Company. Accented by a duo of welcoming fireplaces, a soaring main dining area that boasts weathered crossbeams of old barn timber and wagon-wheel chandeliers, the Great Plains Cattle Company at Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City pays homage to the rough-and-ready past of the American West. But the experience of dining here, in seats of distressed leather and among classic western art, is unexpectedly refined. We provide a number of high quality offerings including our Lump Crab Cake, Pan-Seared Salmon and Wrangler's Porterhouse.
