Position Description:
Red Restaurant Group is looking for serious and organized Pastry Chef to lead the Pastry Department in our two concept restaurant. The position requires proficient skill in menu development, execution, production, effective management of staff and costing. Must have minimum 3 years of Pastry Chef experience in a high volume restaurant. Focus of pastry; simple and elegant for high volume production, chocolates, and special occasion cakes. We are two restaurant under one roof. We have an eclectic American restaurant and a Modern Steakhouse. The department has a staff of 4 and produces everything from breads to ice creams, and everything in between.
We currently have another restaurant in Miami Beach and are building two more in Boca Raton, FL. Our plans are to grow 1 restaurant a year for the next seven years. As you can see there is and will be opportunity for growth with the company.

Moxie is a 175 seat Innovative American restaurant. We serve lunch and dinner. Our menu is very seasonal and is constantly changing. Red is a modern steakhouse. We have another location of Red in Miami Beach and are under construction in Boca Raton for another.
