The Park Country Club of Buffalo is now accepting applications for working sous chef position in an intense progressive culinary environment. Minimum job requirements are: proficient knife skills and mastery of all temperature cookery,extensive knowledge of both classical and contemporary/hypermodern cuisine, willing attitude, able to work well on a tight knit team, good work ethic, and a genuinely passionate disposition. Experience in supervisory and psychological management, motivation, and global cuisine a plus. Basic computer and systems knowledge helpful, as is purchasing history.
