Position Description:
Chef de Cuisine position available at The Snake River Grill, a Jackson Hole Landmark restaurant, located in the mountains of world class skiing and near the gateway to Yellowstone National Park. Position is open immediately, allowing you to train with current Chef de Cuisine until June.
This is a very hands-on cooking position where you will be working directly with Executive Chef Jeff Drew, a James Beard "Best Chef Northwest" Award Nominee.
S.R.G. is a dinner only restaurant with "from scratch" cooking with a consistently changing menu based upon the seasons.
Candidate should have strong organizational skills, a teaching-style of management, accuracy with prime cost controls, ability to adapt quickly, semi-fluent in kitchen Spanish and an understanding of the personal and time commitment that a well run kitchen requires
Minimum five years previous executive chef or chef de cuisine experience in fine dining required. A Background in independent restaurants is a plus.
