We have been operating multiple concept restaurants for many years in Westchester NY and throughout Connecticut. We are growing into Atlanta very soon. Currently we are looking to staff 3 new opening in the next 6 months. We have positions available for Connecticut, Port Chester and Atlanta. We have immediate needs for Chefs & Sous Chefs. We recently signed leases in Fairfield County Ct and Atlanta Ga. We are a company driven by a passion for culinary excellence and exceeding our guest?s expectations of creative, perfectly prepared dishes.

CHEFS & SOUS CHEFS
Must have experience working for established, successful Restaurants Groups. We look specifically for resume from well known Chef owned groups or the upscale chain Restaurants.
We will look at only Chefs and Sous Chefs who show stability within their resume. Our Chefs are very much part of the faces of our Restaurant, get involved in the local community and spend time tableside. We require our Chefs to have formal culinary training or lengthy employment with well respected culinary groups. An ability to create specials and maintain seasonal menus is imperative.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a five day work weeks with a higher than industry average yearly salary. Reasonable relocation expenses will be part of our job offer. Travel for the interview process will not be reimbursed.We pay a majority of our Chef and Sous Chef?s health insurance and 100% of life insurance and long term disability. Two weeks paid vacation and company travel benefits.
