Position Description:
David Werly, Executive Chef of award winning The Setai, South Beach hotel in Miami, USA is currently searching for a Chef de Cuisine and a Chef de Partie.
We are looking for extremely talented, passionate and dedicated Chefs who have the ability to motivate, inspire, train and lead this team to the highest level. Ideally these candidates will have extensive experience cooking at the highest levels in Asia; as a thorough knowledge of Chinese, Thai, Malay, Indonesian, Indian and Singaporean cuisine is essential.
Extensive experience in 5 star hotels and resort or first class restaurants is also required.
A chef who is naturally gifted as a cook who understands that consistency, balance of flavors, precision and simplicity is the key to great cuisine. Creative and inspirational ? the successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef to push the boundaries of this cuisine.
To the right candidate we offer an initial two year contract, competitive package including relocation benefits, and will support visa applications if required.
