Skills needed, proficient in breads, laminated dough, plated desserts, have a good foundation of modern techniques and wedding cakes.Develop new dessert menus for the fine dining restaurant as well as weddings and functions. The pastry shop is a from scratch kitchen, everything done in house. This position reports to the executive chef.
