Position Description:
The Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, seeks a Restaurant Chef for THEBlvd, steps away from Rodeo Drive.
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of five years independent restaurant or hotel experience in management. Union experience preferred. Must understand the preferences of discerning guests and be able to develop menus reflective of a chic, bistro restaurant. THEBlvd serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as supports a lively bar. This position also includes working with Public Relations to promote the restaurant and Hotel.
