Gramercy Restaurant is seeking a maitre d. We are looking for Individuals who are passionate about local ingredients and interested in becoming part of a dynamic team. The candidate must be interested in food and wine and have a curious intelligence to learn more with us. Qualified candidates must have a genuine commitment to hospitality, a personality suited to a front door position and a passion for food and wine.
Other requirements include: 2-3 years experience in a fine dining or high volume, high profile restaurant environment - Must have great knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products, Open Table, Restaurant POS software - Ability to understand direction, find solutions to issues as they arise, and follow through on projects to completion - Stable work history with references
