Position Description:
Seeking a creative, organized individual with previous culinary management experience and excellent a la carte as well as banquet experience to assist in overseeing daily banquet kitchen operation. Responsibilities include food preparation, training, cook evaluations, and quality/creativity assurance in food preparation. Must posses good communication, decision-making and guest relation skills. Candidate must have advanced knowledge of meat and fish fabrication as well as stock and sauce production. Weekends/holidays required.
