Overall responsibility for operating a medium volume casual ?fine dining? restaurant Reports directly to the managing partner. Uses excellent communication skills to lead, train, develop and motivate staff Participate in promotions and marketing efforts Build positive, professional relationships with staff, vendors and guests. Ensures the guests have the best dining experience possible through excellent service, restaurant cleanliness, accurate and timely service of food and beverage Inventory, ordering, reporting and other typical General Management responsibilities
