Compensation is targeted to be in the $20-30 thousand per year range, with additional earnings tagged to increased responsibility and experience. New inexpensive housing is available to select employees. Although our restaurant hours are now limited to Thursday thru Saturday dinners, and a Sunday brunch and dinner, this will be expanding in the near future.
