Position Description:
Vail's newest luxury resort is seeking an exceptional pastry chef to develop and maintain pastry program, which will include breads, breakfast pastries, desserts for three restaurants, banquet program, retail cakes, wedding cakes, etc. We are searching for pastry chef who has a pedigree in top restaurants and hotels and who has the desire to make a name for himself/herself. An excellent knowledge of classic baking techniques paired with a style that is unique and trend-setting is absolutely required. Opening experience highly desired.
