Applicants must have a minimum of two years Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Chef experience in a fine dining restaurant as well as a hunger for food, a thirst for knowledge and passion for everything culinary. This position requires a skilled hand, great attention to detail, the ability to lead by example, and a perfectionists mentality. Experience with innovative cooking techniques and ingredients is a plus.
