Position Description:
A16 seeks an Assistant General Manager. We are looking for candidates who view the hospitality industry as their career rather than an interim job and who want to work for a successful and growing company. A minimum of 2 years experience managing the floor of a fine dining restaurant is required. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is driven and exudes positive energy. Candidates must have a proven ability to build and inspire service teams and be someone who leads by example and for whom no job is too small or too demeaning. The ideal candidate will also possess a demonstrable passion for hospitality, Italian food and wine, and will excel in a fast paced, high-energy environment.

Our restaurant shares a name with the highway that runs from Naples to Canosa, Puglia. True to our namesake, we gather our inspiration from southern Italy, particularly Campania, the region surrounding Naples. Chef/owner Liza Shaw oversees the menu, which features fresh pasta, house-butchered and house-cured meats and authentic Neapolitan pizza. Complementing the rustic menu, Wine Director/owner Shelley Lindgren selects wines that highlight the indigenous grapes from Campania and nearby regions.
