Requirements:
-Strong Management skills -Organizational and time management skills -3 years experience -B.A. in culinary or hospitality preferred -Computer skills and working knowledge of Word , Excel and Caterease is a plus
You must be -well versed in, fine dining, high level banquets, and large scale off premise catering. -Able to adapt to changing situations -A hands-on, self motivated individual with a strong performance record, familiar with setting goals and keeping to timelines -Able to communicate with all departments and subordinates on a daily basis
