Luxury hotel in Pasadena, CA is looking for an ambitious, experienced pastry cook.
Job Requirements: Responsible for baking pastry products, adjust oven temperatures Check equipment to ensure that it meets health and safety regulations and perform maintenance or cleaning, as necessary
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
