Chef April Bloomfield, of the Michelin star rated restaurants The Spotted Pig and The Breslin Bar & Dining Room, is seeking line cooks for both The Breslin and her new, seafood driven restaurant, The John Dory Oyster Bar opening in late October. Applicants must be passionate about food and cleanliness, able to multitask, have an excellent attitude and be prepared to work hard. Experience in a high volume kitchen is required. Strong communication skills, teamwork and flexibility in scheduling are a must.
