VILLA PACRI, IL RISTORANTE located in the heart of the Meatpacking District, is looking to put together an experienced and passionate kitchen staff for our elegant fine dining restaurant. Star Chef Fabio Trabocchi will be in charge of setting the highest standards of culinary excellency, selecting and leading the team himself. We are looking for people that value integrity and teamwork. We value talented and experienced employees to work in our fine dining restaurant located right above our more casual Italian Bistro Cafe, La Gazzetta.
