The position of Sous Chef is a supervisory management position. As the Sous Chef you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to executing a world-class dining experience.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in staff supervision
Maintenance of all operational standards
Scheduling staff and managing their time efficiently
Menu planning, and food and labor management

Requirements:
2 years experience as a Sous Chef in a high volume, upscale dining establishment
Formal culinary training preferred
Strong leadership, management and organizational skills
Ability to manage a diverse employee base with varied skill levels and backgrounds
Be able to prioritize and successfully execute multiple events
Work a varied schedule including nights and weekends
Walk and stand for long periods of time; lift 45 pounds without assistance.
Have a love and passion for delivering great dining experiences
