Restaurant Nora, America's first certified organic restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef. Qualifications for this position include:
-keen interest in certified organic, seasonal, and local products and produce -knowledge of keeping an inventory; Excel spreadsheet experience is preferred -must be self motivated and have excellent cooking skills -a need to be personable and friendly, with good communication skills
This is a fulltime evening position. Salary will commensurate with experience. We offer two weeks paid vacation and health insurance.
