Position Description:
Trump National Golf Club Los Angeles has an immediate opening for the position of Director of Food and Beverage. This position is responsible for the the following departments within Trump National Golf Club: Banquets, Catering, Kitchen, Restaurants, Special Events. This position must oversee these duties and assure that the execution of these duties reflect and surpass the standards of the Trump Organization. The Director of Food and Beverage must communicate with guests on a consistent basis to gain feedback about their experience at Trump National, and to cater to their needs, whatever they may be. This person, at all times, assures the high standard of appearance, hospitality, and service of all personnel, as well as the cleanliness and appearance of the facility. Accordingly, the Director of Food and Beverage must direct, train, supervise, and assist all food and beverage managers in managing all food and beverage staff, to include routine testing and reviews. The Director of Food and Beverage must direct all managers to perform within budgetary restraints, as well as oversee the development and implementation of programs and service to increase sales. This person must complete all administrative duties, review food and liquor purchasing, possess extensive knowledge of the POS system, develop and implement a marketing plan for banquets and restaurants, and supervise all revenues incurred within the facility in regards to food and beverage. The Director of Food and Beverage must also consistently monitor food costs, labor, and all expenses to ensure the food and beverage operation is running at maximum efficiency and productivity.
