Position Description:
Looking for a team of experienced friendly servers, runners and baristas to join our team at Maritime Parc. The restaurant will be an upscale, fast paced, full service restaurant. It is located right on the Hudson River at Liberty Landing Marina in Liberty State Park. There are a total of 85 seats inside, with an open kitchen featuring extensive raw bar and chef's counter. The menu will feature seasonal cuisine, highlighting the best of local and sustainable produce. The outside has 100 seats and a menu featuring light fare. Needs to be organized with an eye for details. Must have substantial wine, beer and cocktail knowledge. Knowledgeable with Aloha POS system is a plus.
