Reporting to the Campus Executive Chef, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Barclays Capital campus. Operations include the following services: full service cafes, in house catering, trader pantries, coffee pantries, coffee bars & Executive Dining Rooms.
Effectively use of RA & Compass support departments to elevate Safety & Sanitation at these accounts.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Responsible to oversee and enforce Sanitation & HACCP Protocol locations
Responsible for maintenance of kitchen equipment with 3rd party vendors
Must be ServSafe & NYC Dept of Health Certified
Must maintain a current knowledge and understanding of NYC food regulations and requirements
Proactive management of client driven goals and agreed upon KPI's
Must be organized and follow through to ensure consistency in management
Ability to communicate effectively & in a timely manner on various levels - clients, management, staff & RA corporate
Trouble shoot and provide support in a calm and objective manner
Responsible for Inventory, Purchasing and Product Cost management
Must be able to manage within budgeted product cost, and according to company specifications and standards.
Must have strong knowledge of food business
Encourage team members to make maximum contributions
Proficient computer skills in various programs
Strong financial acumen - management of costs, waste and other
Work closely with firm on Environmental initiatives becoming an industry leader for "going green"
