Restaurant Kelly Liken is a Four Star/Four Diamond fine dining restaurant in the heart of America's #1 Ski Resort, Vail, CO. We are passionate about providing a one of a kind dining experience to our well heeled, international guests. We serve a simple, yet exciting Seasonal American Cuisine in a beautiful, comfortable atmosphere at the base of Vail Mountain. We are proud to be raising the bar in Colorado's Fine Dining arena both through our highly acclaimed cuisine as well as our custom service.
Restaurant Kelly Liken's Restaurant Manager oversees all facets of the dining room. The manager must maintain and control a high level of guest service. This is achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by the restaurant staff. The manager is also responsible for the hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining of the front of the house staff.
We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, team building and some prior wine and beverage experience. Applicants should express a warm and welcoming attitude, and must possess a strong attention to detail.
Applicants are required to have two to three years previous employment in a related position. A college degree is preferred. Multi-lingual, specifically a working knowledge of spanish, is a benefit.
We are a new Fine Dining American Regional restaurant and a high energy, metropolitan wine and food destination in the middle of the Rocky Mountains. Our focus is to create a regional food culture for our millions of guests to Vail every year. We are passionate about sourcing as much as possible from local Colorado farmers, ranchers, dairies and producers.
