We currently seek a reputable Sushi Chef for one of our multi-faceted locations. The ideal candidate will share in our belief in the quality value of delivering superior hospitality to our premier clients.
The successful candidate should be a highly motivated professional, with proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with various team members. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Qualifications: *Minimum of 3 years related experience in upscale sushi operations *Previous experience in preparation and production of sushi in high volume operations *Excellent knife skills *Knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling principles *ServeSafe or Department of Health certification a plus
