Stephen Starr's latest venture in South Florida is a new Japanese concept opening in January, 2011 in Bal Harbour. This 200-seat, $7mil restaurant will be high profile, both in location and design.
We are now seeking an experienced SOUS CHEF for this outstanding opportunity.
Requirements: * 3-5 years of prior Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant * Professional training or culinary degree * Experience with Japanese cuisine
