We are looking for a person that feels comfortable motivating staff members, has strong organizational skills, has a extended knowledge of wines, is a good communicator and feels comfortable working in a 4 diamond, high profile environment.
Daily tasks are: Day to day management Hiring and training staff Responsible for cost control FOH Managing reservations and requests Managing FOH staff including scheduling Executing service in cooperation with BOH/Executive Chef Building relationships with costumers and clients
