Full Time position for EXPERIENCED line cook at a high end, exclusive destination resort. Minimum 2 years of 5 star dining experience required.
Responsibilities: Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Requirements: Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Lift and carry 50 lbs. Stand for long periods of time. Maintain high standards of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene Willingness to work and learn Must be willing to respond to requests outside department Valid driver's license Adequate education/training and/or experience to complete all tasks associated with this position.
Exclusive, 5 star destination resort straddling the Colorado/Wyoming border. Offering exceptional personal service to each and every guest. Never more than 30 guests at one time.
