Full Time position for EXPERIENCED sous chef at a high end, exclusive destination resort. Must have 4-5 years experience with 5 star dining.
Responsibilities: Responsible for food rotation management Menu Planning Plate design, food preparation Assist chef with maintaining food cost/budget guidelines Assist chef with food inventory maintenance, ordering and stocking Facilitate prompt serving of all meals Responsible for responding to any request from Executive Chef or upper Management Maintain strict confidentiality concerning all ranch activities Cooperate with all management staff in the operation of Three Forks Ranch as a single cohesive unit
Requirements: Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Lift and carry 50 lbs. Stand for long periods of time. Maintain high standards of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene Willingness to work and learn Must be willing to respond to requests outside department Valid driver's license Adequate education/training and/or experience to complete all tasks associated with this position.
Exclusive, 5 star destination resort straddling the Colorado/Wyoming border. Offering exceptional personal service to each and every guest. Never more than 30 guests at one time.
