RG2 is the new Restaurant Group of CULINAIRE, a well established food and beverage corporation in Dallas. In October, we will be opening COAST Global Seafood, a stylish, 250 seat upscale-casual seafood restaurant in the Shops at Legacy in Plano and we are looking for a top Pastry Chef.
You will be responsible for full scale bakery, pastry, and dessert production for the restaurant. This will include:
? Working with the Executive Chef to discuss menu planning ? Testing and evaluation of pastry and dessert recipes ? Producing baked goods ? Decorating and plating various pastries and desserts ? Ordering supplies ? Overseeing the kitchen staff ? Keeping the kitchen organized
Our ideal candidate will have:
? Minimum of three years ala carte pastry chef or pastry sous chef experience in a high end restaurant ? Excellent baking skills ? Good knowledge of quality dessert operations ? Excellent artistic pastry skills ? Strong attention to detail
