Position Description:
-Responsible for supervising, training, developing and assisting room service staff. Ensures that room service orders are accurately prepared and delivered on time according to company standards. Completes administrative tasks for the department. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of both food and wine menus with a strong background and knowledge of wine. Ensure that guest checks are handled accurately, efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensures that floor sweeps are periodically conducted to retrieve room service items. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work a flexible schedule.
