Michael Mina Restaurant is located in the Westin St. Francis Hotel in Union Square, downtown San Francisco.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience in a restaurant establishment. He/She will have knowledge of wines and spirits, budgeting, inventory and cost controls. Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
