Position Description:
Grill 83 at the Madison Hotel in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking a Chef de Cuisine for its fine dining restaurant. The Applicant must have a mininum of three years in a Four Star/Diamond establishment, with at least two years in a supervisory position. The Position is hands on and the successful candidate must lead by example. Must exibit creativity, in both menu developement and in plate presentation. Consistency is a must. We are looking for some one with a "can do attitude" that is positve and passionate about their work. This is an Excellent opportunity for a Chef ready to show off what they can do. The Madison Hotel is a AAA Four Diamond property, and has been Rated by Conde Naste as one of the top 75 Hotels in the Country.
