This bold and upscale eatery currently seeks experienced Line Cooks to round out its kitchen staff of culinary professionals who are at the top of their field.

Responsibilities:
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
  
Company Profile:Chef Emeril Lagasse recently partnered with old friends at the Rockwell Group, to renovate Emeril's New Orleans Fish House in the MGM Grand Hotel. The spacious restaurant, seating 225 people, was renovated to reflect the origin of Emeril's seafood creations.

One thing that was not renovated was Emeril's commitment to using fresh, top quality ingredients in the dishes he creates and employs cottage industry ranchers, farmers and fisherman to ensure that he will always get the best for his restaurants. He tirelessly explores the Gulf waters and the Louisiana countryside to discover untapped sources for delicious and interesting food experiences.
