Position Description:
Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa, a leader in the hotel/casino industry is seeking an experienced Wine Director to lead the property in selecting, training and managing beverage requirements on an ongoing basis and to insure proper wine inventories. They will also be responsible for all wine purchasing, storage, receiving, requisitioning, and inventory control and for the wine training and education of Borgata associates. The individual selected will have a Bachelors degree from a four year college or university; or five years related Wine/Beverage management experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. They must have an extensive knowledge of wines and wine characteristics; food and wine pairing.
