Position Description:
Assist Director in all aspects of the Food & Beverage operation including Restaurants, Lobby Lounge, In-Room Dining and Banqueting in accordance with hotel standards. Job Requirements Experience: Must have 4 or more years of Food & Beverage management experience in a luxury full-service environment, with at least 3 at management level; strong proven leadership abilities and a vision for quality and excellence in food & beverage operations.
