Position Description:
Overnight Experienced Head Baker Needed to lead our Overnight Team in the Pastry Department! Plan, prep, set-up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, co-workers and management. Flexible schedule. Heavy lifting required. A minimum of 3 years previous experience baking from scratch, with at least 1 year supervisory role. **This is an OVERNIGHT position** To be eligible for this position, a candidate must be a U.S. national or have existing U.S. work authorization. This opening is not budgeted for international relocation. Compensation: Hourly. Education: culinary school preferred. Experience: 3 years.
