Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes, and compute basic mathematical calculations. Experience: 3+ years culinary experience; experience with wedding cakes, banquets and sugar. Education: Culinary degree preferred. Creative, able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. An eye for detail and an artistic flair. Lifting required.
